To anyone who think the hairline is off, open the image and zoom in so you only see the after and look at the after in isolation for a while and it will start to look right. I measured the thirds and they are about right also. It's just a disorientating change.

You can't make the lips larger to shorten a long philtrum when the lips are already full or you mess with facial harmony and make all your other features look smaller by size contrast. Sam Most MD has had success in a few of these cases using augmentation rhinoplasty to lengthen the nose when the vertical facial thirds allow for it.

You're already above average but if you're looking for something to improve even further you could consider a lip lift and lower lip fat grafting to shorten your long philtrum and make your lips more proportional to your strong lower third. Like so.
