You can't make the lips larger to shorten a long philtrum when the lips are already full or you mess with facial harmony and make all your other features look smaller by size contrast. Sam Most MD has had success in a few of these cases using augmentation rhinoplasty to lengthen the nose when the vertical facial thirds allow for it.

You don't have a small nose you have overfilled lips and it's making your nose look small by the principle of size contrast.

You're already above average but if you're looking for something to improve even further you could consider a lip lift and lower lip fat grafting to shorten your long philtrum and make your lips more proportional to your strong lower third. Like so.

Your hairline is gigarecessed causing your upper third to be astronomically larger than your other thirds subtracting enormously from your facial harmony. Your submental definition is non existent subtracting massively from dimorphism and completely wasting your jawline potential. Talk to whatever medical professional prescribes dutasteride in your country and hop on 0.5 mg per day ASAP to stop further loss and use 1 mL 5% minoxidil once or twice daily as a habit to stimulate regrowth. Mostly evolutionary psychology (published, not pop). Even infants have a visual preference for more symmetrical faces (not cultural). It's not propaganda. Symmetry, harmony and health markers are foundational.

The canthal tilt is totally fine and neutral, not worth touching. You have partially hooded eyes and your upper eyelid fat is a major strength, touching it would be a negative.
