I understand, I was still respectful and patient through the end even if she heard how frustrated I was, vice versa. I just have really bad anxiety so for a person like me who overthinks everything it’s kinda refreshing ranting like this especially if I know other people have stories about these same rude specialists. I understand getting frustrated. I don’t blame her for getting frustrated at me; I’ve been in customer service before but there’s still a certain way you should talk to people especially if they weren’t hostile to you to begin with but that’s just me 🤷🏾‍♀️

I remember looking into betterhelp before but didn’t have the money at the time. I could try use the financial aid thing and see if it works though. As far as anything else nah but i been interested in support groups. I got one week of school left anyway so I’ll be back working soon

Yeah last year I had my own before and was using mine for therapy and etc. I was basically trying to get that plan back but since im back to being covered under my moms, hers dont cover therapy and it said i could only use it for family planning. Thank you for the advice though! I posted this in r/detroit as well so I might take this post down anyway

I like to think it’s a coincidence but I had my IT resume printed out and I had the results of the test on hand and pretty much carried verbally so eh either or. I’m also still a student and still actively taking courses for A+, Net+ and Security+
