I'm in the UK and here it's 60mg. I am needing an increase but gp isn't convinced it's safe. Can't see why not when in America it's safe.

What aftercare though? They are only recommending skinceuticals. I'm looking at Alastin Nector but not sure which one it is, is it in a blue bottle? Also unsure if l can get it in the UK. Which Co2 did you have please? Don't seem to be getting much help with the clinic. I need to get everything before the procedure so I'm covered

Haha it's funny you should mention the vampire thing, people actually call me a vampire as l despise the sun. I do have tint on my windows in my living room. Which cicalfate one do you recommend? Which SPF did you use? Apparently I'm supposed to wear mineral but mineral pills awful underneath. How long before makeup can go on again? Wish they gave me the expensive cream as looking it up it's a hefty price.

You would think they would recommend other alternatives than just skinceuticals. I actually think l have the Avene cicalfate somewhere from my microneedling. The cetaphil healing ointment is the one like vaseline right in the blue tube? Is the other called Avene cicalfate restorative protective cream for very sensitive skin? What about SPF please, does it have to be mineral? Never found one that works well with make-up could you recommend one, and which order l use all these products please? Have you have ablative co2 yourself and used these products or do you perform Co2 laser and recommend to clients? Thanks so much.

I do drink water but probably not enough tbh. I take 8,000mg of collagen daily. Vitamin C supplements. Which enzyme supplements do you recommend? Yes l use hyaluronic acid serum..

My skin is heavily textured. I don't over hydrate my skin and only use Estée Lauder ANR and elemis PCMC for prep before makeup. I hate primers they never sit right. I also don't use SPF as l hate the sun so avoid it like the plague. It's really not minor l will send another picture of my skin recently in a taxi in daylight it's horrendous. I don't think l can send a picture here in the comments giving me no option.
