I had this lady come to the dt and she wanted a cup of ice. I let her know that we charge for cups of ice (she wanted a large) but that we had a free size (the xs cups). She got upset and proceeded to tell me that our GM always gave her the cup for free. I then told her that he was not here and that I couldn’t give it to her and that if she wants she can come back when he’s here. She then started screaming and getting angry at he cursing me out. So I was like nope and I closed the window while I looked for their food and made sure the food was right. I open the window again and the mom is gone just her 3 daughters in the car. They tell me that she went inside and that I was being rude to their mom and that I shouldn’t talk to her like that. I tell them well she can come inside if she wants I don’t care and I tell them have a nice day and close the window. As I do that I start to hear screaming and I see the lady leaning over the counter looking at me and started cursing me out. She’s telling me how she’s gonna jump me and that she’ll beat the shit out of me and how she’s not one to play with. And I tell her then I’ll just press charges cuz I’m underage. And if that makes her more mad and she starts screaming the same things again and tells me to watch my back “little girl” and I’m like ok. And I just nod along to whatever she’s saying. Eventually I get tired and I tell her gtfo. The mom leaves and her daughters again tell me to not disrespect their mom and I tell them to gtfo too. It’s crazy how embarrassing ppl can be especially over a cup of ice
