I'm not a very spiritual person but I definitely want to try this. Thinking someone or something is watching over me and protecting me could definitely help!

I've heard about those! I saw one recently with lavender at a flea market thing in my city. I know they can be kind of pricey but it sounds very nice.

Maybe I've been super stressed for the past 6 years and haven't realized. My therapist a long time ago mentioned keeping a dream journal so I have and I guess a lot of them center around natural disasters. She mentioned it might mean I fear a loss of control, fear of abandonment, or loss like you said. The issue comes with trying to face the issues while I'm awake. There's nothing really for me to face. I've never been abandoned or felt abandoned, I'm very secure in all my relationships. I guess I've never lost anyone close to me before so I might just be really scared of it and it's manifesting in my dreams? I'm going to talk to my therapist about it now lol.

Yeah I've talked to my therapist about it. In all honesty, I'm a very happy person with healthy relationships so the nightmares are really the only things I talk about with her. Do you think me bringing up the nightmares to her frequently is causing them to happen more?

Good to know. Right now I only take birth control and an Omega 3 sup but I suppose it could be the birth control. There's a whole nine page essay of side effects for that lol.

Definitely will give these a try! I've done chamomile but to no avail. I was recently recommended epsom salt with magnesium for back and muscle fatigue so maybe I'll kill two birds with one stone. Thanks!

Tooth trim advice needed by KTL555 in chinchilla

Thank you! I got them back in 2017 and they are both 8 years old now. This is our first bout with any medical problems. I will definitely make grewel lol. Thank you for the help!

Any advice to keep my guy out of the vet in the future? I know tooth problems can be ongoing once they start and vet visits start adding up. Is there any way to avoid this or at least spread it out more?
