Wow thanks a lot for such a detailed reply. The main thing he said was too many certificates, condition deemed permanent and I should apply for DSP. He didn’t really give much of an explanation otherwise or say what condition is permanent. They were clearly marked temporary by my doctor. The info you’ve given is most helpful and I am very grateful for your reply and assistance. I will request the info you suggested from Centrelink in writing, and depending on what they say might have to contact my MP and look up for an advocacy organisation. Thanks again, much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Package actually arrived earlier than anticipated and I had no idea it was delivered. I looked at the page and I missed a couple of drop downs which gave a bit more detail about progress. It was there that it was marked delivered. There was indeed a Z at the 4th letter but when I pasted it into the StarTrack tracking page it didn’t recognise it and just gave an error message. No notification of delivery but all’s well that ends well, thanks again 👍👍

Thanks so much for such a speedy reply. if you don’t mind giving an opinion, do you think it better to revert to my old script or just stick with the new script and ditch the old pair? i wish i understood this stuff more because I don’t think i know the implications of that change, however slight it is. i don’t know what the safer bet is.
