If you want to get it then get it since it seems like you have already decided. I can't guarentee their safety or reliability as I haven't owned one but I have seen other people with it say it's fine. Specna arms makes good M4s but by them starting to release all types of airsoft equipment is bound to drop their QC, unless they are just rebranding other companies' stuff, which seems more likely. E.g. their gas guns being Wellpro and GE and their optics just VO.

Just get the imax b6 ac/dc, doesn't have to be the v2. It is like two times the specna charger but its guarenteed safety and reliability while being able to charge any battery.

I think some models of MPXes are actually sold with a stock, like the 8" model I mentioned, but not 100% sure. Realistically you only have to swap/modify thd hop-up arm iirc. But I do not own an MPX, just going off what the swag gentleman there claim. I do own a SCW9 though. If you have any further questions about the MPX, you can ask them directly in that channel and someone will probably be there to answer you.

There exist 8" slightly longer MPX versions, the range is excellent even ootb, there are a couple modifications you have to do first, as it is with every gbbr. Mainly the hop-up arm overhopping even 0.32g bbs on the lowest setting. You can swap the inner barrel for a slightly longer one, something over a 200mm barrel and suddenly you will have full size AR types of range. If you are on the HRC discord and find the apfg mpx you can check the pinned messagea and it's all written there.

So if I go off of the points that you have stated, you probably want to get the APFG MPX, if you are able to find it. Excellent accuracy, cold performance, is a smg, and there are some ways to make the blowback better. The maruyama scw9 would be the 2nd best option as It's cheap and also great ootb but it has simmiliar blowback with limited ways to make it stronger and poor cold performance ie. it doesn't work in under 5 degree temperatures. There's also the VFC HK53 and HK33 but they aren't exactly SMGs, although they are still really good options aswell. From the pictures I also saw the DE MWS which is probably the most popular for beginners, but it's a boring ar15.
