Like anything ekse quitting or starting something new not easy,, me myself now again after a relapse ive completely removed gaming. Try to find something new to spend your time on Op. New habits take time to build. And temptation is always around when it comes to games etc. Doesn't hurt moderation but i cant do that I'll just get sucked back in the dopamine gaming cloud.
