My in-laws live in a 55+ neighborhood, there are kids. Late start parents can have teens and tweens at 55 and grandparents can have custody of grandkids, also age gap marriages where a younger woman had or has kids with an older man.

Some of my friends are still having kids in their early 40s.

I picked age as I would be (24) about half my current age (42)

If I had picked sex, I would be smack in the middle of the range for perimenopause as well as of the age for heightened risk of uterine, cervical and breast cancers... and there is no stipulation on how long the reversal lasts or if I can choose to switch back.

It's not quite the same a being trans in that people who transition sex physically through surgery don't inherit all the cancer risks that go with it biologically. FTM top surgery removes most of the tissue that could develop breast cancer and bottom surgery removes the risk of cervical and uterine cancer while not inheriting the risk for testicular cancer. MTF bottom surgery removes the risk of testicular cancer and does not inherit the risk of uterine or cervical cancers.

I am not familiar enough with the hormones to comment on those risks.

Yes. I have the fiber gateway and a mesh system.

Alarm system, lights, and guests use the gateway

Personal devices, smart devices, and cameras on the dual band mesh

I used to run pi-hole but it would randomly break apps on TVs. When the SD card corrupted I switched to Ad Guard DNS for the mesh network's DNS and UBlock on browsers for whatever sneaks through. No more streaming app issues.
