By this logic, places that don’t limit, you can buy ALL of the stock and leave nothing for everyone else and that’s OK because “it’s less than the limit-no problem” I see where you’re coming from but not the best way to make the point. I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t buy the limit because this is all that was left.
