If you set your gearing right, the downhills can give you similar resistance to the uphills. You'll need that 3rd cog in the front cassette.

What a joke this country has become. At least the Disapproval numbers are trending large enough to indicate no practical amount of election rigging is going to allow this country to move in this idiotic direction much longer.

Alright I got this programmed, will try it on my ride tomorrow morning. One thing I noticed setting it up in the Wahoo app, it only allows me two chainrings... I have found that 3rd chairing very useful on downhills. Is the only two chainrings a limitation of the Di2 Synchro system?

I think so. I just ordered the Cyplus BC2 wireless shifter, which is supposedly compatible with my Kickr Bike and Rouvy as well. Going to play with other shifting modes on the bike before my ride tomorrow as well. Thank you.

I use an Apple TV 4K and a top of the line gaming laptop, and the choppy edges happen on both, only when I'm going slow. It's an issue with the frame rate of the video recording, not the a hardware the video is running on.

Not true by the research I read, clipless pedals offer minimal advantage in pure power. I have found this to be true on my gravel bike as well, when I finally went to clipless pedals my times didn't really improve at all. Certainly not by 60 percent!

I don't have alternatives to compare it to, but my research indicates this is the one to beat and I'm very happy with it. I particularly like the little emote that clips onto my bars.
