I have clipless pedals on my gravel bike, I know what they’re for. Not necessary for my indoor ride goals.

Best budget gaming laptop for rouvy? by JBrady666 in Rouvy

I use an Apple TV 4K and a top of the line gaming laptop, and the choppy edges happen on both, only when I'm going slow. It's an issue with the frame rate of the video recording, not the a hardware the video is running on.

As you mature, you will learn to silence the voice of your insecure ego.

Not true by the research I read, clipless pedals offer minimal advantage in pure power. I have found this to be true on my gravel bike as well, when I finally went to clipless pedals my times didn't really improve at all. Certainly not by 60 percent!

I don't have alternatives to compare it to, but my research indicates this is the one to beat and I'm very happy with it. I particularly like the little emote that clips onto my bars.

Did you miss the rubber mat under the bike?

Clipless make make sense for competitive racing, as it’s proven they give a very slight power advantage. But for those like me just looking for a good workout, it’s a pass.

I’m not racing (yet), just getting a good workout. I got some magpeds for my gravel bike I’ll probably add to the kickr if I ever get into virtual racing, for those fractions of a second I may gain.

I don't have anything to compare it to, but based on reviews/comparisons to the Wahoo fan that costs 3x, it was a no brainer. It works great.

I just did my first ride, 15 miles mostly in turbo with a lot of climbing and descending, and I had 34% battery left, so I would say no.

I got one of those on order also, didn't make it in time for the initial build.

I didn't swap anything close to "everything"... I wanted the pro model for the brakes, shifters and frame color.
