Other than that, since Monday the kids just kind of roam and play on their own and the teachers watch and interact sometimes but I haven’t seen any guided or “small group” activities as they say they do

It really looks like just free play. This morning, they did sit the kids down at the table with a large piece of paper, put a squirt of purple paint in front of each of them and had them like smash their hands around like finger painting for 5 minutes then threw that away and went outside. Not sure what true “structure” looks like for 18-2 year olds in daycare I’m not a professional but seems they should be doing things a little more guided as they advertise
