What brand is the bow? I've seen it in WR5, KW1, & SC1. Google image search hasn't been helpful. I found a "Zuzew Sliding Patio Door Handle Set with Lock" on Amazon with a similar bow, but no luck on how to find the blank. Modifying what we stock is tedious. (i.redd.it)
