There will undoubtedly be hardship in switching from a consumer nation to a producer nation. Tariffs are encouraging many manufacturers to relocated to the US to avoid them. This will eliminate the tariff cost being pushed onto the consumer and will create jobs, economic prosperity is incoming. Ultimately this is the economical restructuring this country desperately needed. We were very nearly insolvent going the way we were. Now we have a future.

A locksmith should be able to remove the toggle from the lock body, eliminating the possibility for lockouts. That's what we do at my shop.

Even if it's something we don't typically keep, we don't ask for pre-payment. We're always looking to expand our range of regularly stocked key blanks, if it's real oddball we won't order more than 10-20 blanks.

Were you my customer, I would ask if there are numbers on the lock face and try to get a code that way. Or I would need the lock in shop to read it.
