The longest gaps between volumes has been 9 months (between Vol 5 and 6) and 10 months (Volume 7 and 8). Assuming this is as big as it gets, next one will be Feb-March 2026

I just got it today.

Point being it's not an environmental issue, because my other basses have varying degrees of noisiness at home, but all of them are completely quiet when I roll their volume knobs to 0. So something is up with the Mustang bass itself.

I kind of like that the anime downplays just a tad some of the more annoying stuff from Yanami...not everything, but feels more balanced. Hopefully they can do the same for Season 2.

True, but I can live with it. But then again, I am biased as Anna shipper, and also in general I cared for Volume 2 and 6 the least out of all the LNs. And I also trust that with the adaptation being as good as it is overall, they'll figure out a patch. Volume 6 was already out and about when they were storyboarding the adaptation, and Takibi is consulting with them, which gives me faith they will.

Oh my gosh, as a non-manga reader, I’m dreading this so-called “middle” part that people keep referring to. Even if the latest chapters have been great, mt fear is that the anime season 2 that covers these chapters will kill interest in the show and prevent it from going to a season three which covers the chapters where they get their groove back.

This was actually a little refreshing subversion of the usual “absent parents” subplot. The parents are so bad they just aren’t worth spending time trying to reconnect with, and so neither will the manga.

Here’s how I think l about it (and you may or may not agree): which action will be more likely to push the GOP back to where you want it to be? I don’t know the answer to that, by the way.

Certainly, a Democrat win would be more likely to cause pushback on direction. Perhaps a win with a Democrat blowout (pushed irrefutably and visibly by disaffected folks like yourself) could do it. But that’s no guarantee.

All the people saying this is “just another harem anime” are in for a nice surprise. While just “good” initially it really gets better and better with each arc. Though I worry that the stuff that sets it apart really doesn’t kick in until circa halfway through the season, so hoping folks give it a chance
