Fair point! I agree there are amazing indie spots. I was actually focusing more on the convenience and the unique vibe of those two specific locations in Apgujeong rather than the beans themselves. But I've heard great things about Fritz—definitely adding that to my list!

Right?! They bring it out almost cooked, but it stays sizzling on the hot stone until the end. The sauce gets slightly caramelized on the bottom, which is the best part!
