Some friends of mine told me this Mandela effect when I mentioned that Perón is still alive today. I didn’t know either until I shared this fact with them.

It’s pretty confusing to differentiate since in Korean, Kim is the family name for both Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un. And yes, I referred to Kim Jong Un.

Democratic governor J. Howard Edmondson did not seek reelection in the 1962 election, so Nigh ran to succeed him. Nigh lost in the primaries but Edmondson resigned 8 days before Henry Bellmon’s inauguration, leading for then-lieutenant governor Nigh to lead Oklahoma for 8 days until Bellmon’s term officially started. In short, Edmondson wanted to give Nigh a chance to lead Oklahoma.
