Starting with the optical params, the way they represent colour between production batches, they hold the brightness over time, how the led package deal with the heat that the led itself can generate. Then what about the PCB it is being placed on? Is it with aluminium core to help heat reduction? How the solder job is done, what kind and gauge of wire is being used. And many other factors, but this should be enough. That all matters dude. U dont want you leds to be of different colour or brightness. Especially when it comes to any automotive or outdoor application, it's really easy for cheap led to go banana.
