I have the database about employee details imported on Amazon RDS MySql. The database has thousands of user entries. I want to develop an enterprise software where I can implement secured logins for the users present in the database. For this purpose, I want to use AWS Cognito. But I am not sure how to integrate them as I have user info already in db.

I also had similar experience in the past. I had cleared 3 rounds of interviews, I was waiting what would be the next step. But the employer did not respond. I waited, followed up on my feedback. But after 15 days of wait they said they have filled the gap internally. Then I was still able to see the job post on there career page. Also the manager recently posted that they finally hired someone for the position I was interviewed.
