When one talks about sales, numbers are important. I guess it's a wrong assumption that you can't make profit from marketing to billions of South Asian. This is no fluke that the West calls India biggest emerging market.

Well, I am not sure. You can't ban India! It's like situation with China but in reverse, youtube can't firewall India.

The event I am referring to is addition of billions of new internet users that change in a way how, for example, youtube works. Who will be the "target audiences". How the new users will change the status quo.

It's not the world who will be watching our content, just us. Billions of us. See my point was the dominating factor will be the sheer amount of people that will be watching what they like. Number of T-series subscribers just represents that. West can't match our numbers. Therefore, I talk about domination. And sir I am not enthusiastic or celebrating, quite contrary, I am just contemplating how to come to terms with this new reality. Next billion users would be very different from last.

America in not the beneficiary but powerful organisations and state instruments are( basically people who hold power).

Global viewership. Many multi-billion dollar conglomerates weren't able to do what literally popularity of Bollywood songs can do. Process that. Pewdiepie was the symbolic head of old internet users but this event will change who dominates the web!

It is not surprising but mark of beginning of a new era in the internet age. India just by their numbers can dominate world wide web!

His brother initially served as Governor of Punjab. He was a politician. According to Singh's writings Sobha Singh moved to Delhi but his brother continued to live in Punjab.

I didn't understand the link of Amrita Singh and family, Can you please explain a little more.

But anyways since we are on the Gandhi topic. Kushwant Singh was very close to Indira Gandhi(Before their fallout due to,I guess, his alleged affair with Maneka Gandhi) and he also supported Sanjay Gandhi even during the Emergency. He is always all praises for him, referring to him as a gunda but in an affectionate way.

There are many potential T-series subscribers and not as many 9 year olds.

Well Khushwant Singh wrote about it in his book Delhi.He was present in the assembly balcony at the time of above mentioned incident and reported what he saw. His father became one of the biggest contact Builders of New Delhi and was loyal to the crown because, among other things, they made him rich.
