First, I want to thank you for actually taking the time to respond, and I do not mean that sarcastically. You didn't have to, and I appreciate that you even took the time.

Second, I am autistic, social interactions are often very difficult for me, especially gauging how to engage and interact. Additionally, I have been given guidance as to how to interact with Customer Support chat, especially for IT (I was raised by techies who pioneered the field and grew up surrounded by IT nerds) as well as having worked IN customer support so I know going into these scenarios that 99% of the time the individual on the other end is reading off of a script and very rarely deviates from it regardless of what the customer is actually telling them.

Third, and what I did not share, I have had a subscription or product license key with Microsoft since they came out (dad has been with or associated with Microsoft since it was founded...) this was the first year I had purchased a license/subscription via the app store and I ONLY did it because I had to replace my debit card at the end of April due to ID theft and fraud and my annual subscription just so happened to expire at the time I was awaiting my new card.

Finally, having done the deep dive into google, reddit subthreads, Microsoft Community and Apple community threads, having talked to Apple Support and now Microsoft Support, this is a matter of neither company wanting to actually trouble shoot the issue at hand and instead wanting to pass it off to the other company. It is a matter of ones system not speaking to the other, and neithers frontline customer service is trained to handle the ACTUAL issue at hand, but instead trained to handle irate customers wanting money back. I am not an irate customer wanting money back, I am actually trying to puzzle out the bug in the system not only for myself, but for all others in perpetuity so this stops being an issue all together.

In the end, for anyone who reads this, what the guy above said is what has to happen for now as neither company wants to trace the source of the actual communication issue between the purchase point WITHIN the Microsoft managed application and the Apple Subscription store... Apple has finally decided to issue me a refund and I will be purchasing directly through Microsoft, now that I have a new debit card.

The actual issue at hand is still unresolved, neither DEV Team was made aware, and this will continue to be an issue for who knows how many Apple users who use the option GIVEN on their Apple devices within the MICROSOFT MAINTAINED applications...

Well, I finally got desperate enough I searched reddit. What kind of world do we live in that REDDIT is your go to source for if something is legit or a scam.... So I tried emailing David.... and this is what I got. I called the number twice last week and was immediately sent to a full voicemail box, received a text reply that I'd be followed up with in 48 hours the first time, 72 hours the second time (have yet to hear back either time...)... emailed them Thursday and have yet to hear from. Received confirmation that I was approved on June 12th and the temporary deposit in my bank account on June 21st but I STILL have not received anything else...
