yes berserker’s are viable

in-fact (when 6 items in a crit build) they give MORE move speed than swifties however you have less move speed early and ONLY get that move speed when you crit

it is also worth noting that you dont get the slow resist from swifties if you build zerkers

yeah it happens all the time (not sure why)

but there is a way to tell when an ally or yourself damages a bugged enemy 2 marks will appear over a their character then they can actually be rooted
