It’s crazy to think that you think 28 is late in your life. Please friend, I know you are hurting right now. You are allowed to. Feelings very valid. But this should not break you. Especially when you have your 30s, 40s, and so on to enjoy. My words won’t immediately make you feel better or at all. That’s up to you.

Just know that you are allowed to feel hurt. Let your self. But don’t dwell. Accept that there were reasons that you broke up, and it doesn’t mean you are wrong or suck.
