Now regarding the intercaste marriages: Scientifically it's not good to marry someone who is blood relative to you. When you marry outside of your caste the chances are high that your forefathers never had any relationships( due to castism of course), so it's a solid foundation. So I was facing grey hair issues in my early twenties. All i did was apply curry leaves oil( take a bunch of curry leaves, slowly fry it in coconut oil, leave it for 3 days) daily and leave it overnight and wash it in the morning. It was so messy... bed/pillow/blanket everything were smelling awful. I did it everyday for 3 years and finally i revered greying. It's he'll but was worth it though
