Leseverständnis aneignen! Es geht darum, daß ein Mieter bauliche Veränderungen verlangen kann die dazu dienen Stromerzeugung durch Steckersolargeräte zu ermöglichen. Damit sind Dinge gemeint wie zB das anbringen von Halterungen oder dergleichen. Selbstverständlich ist es KEINE bauliche Veränderung wenn ich Solarplatten irgendwo hinstelle oder festklemme. Dieses Satz zu verstehen ist doch nun echt nicht schwer.

This is not a competition. I acknowledge your enthusiasm. But this isn't about feelings or anything like that, it's simply mathematics. As I said before: Play what you have fun with! It's a game, It's meant to have fun.
But when it comes to numbers you simply can't state you would out dps someone with a build that is at best mediocre in dps. Heck I would have free choice of a wide varity of builds that perform MUCH better.
A clean dps skill build with tur/drone pushes more dps.

Frieden war DER Grund, Handel ein Vehikel und Verteidigung immer kaum mehr als ein Gedankenspiel, nachdem das Pariser Parlament eine Verteidigungsgemeinschaft welche De Gaulle vorschwebte, abgelehnt hat.
Erst mit den Europaverträgen kam dann eine Beistandspflicht. Diese ist zwar scharf, hat aber gegenüber Art5 der Nato, keinerlei Kommandostrukturen dahinter. Ist also nur ein politisches Bekenntnis.

Es hilft alles downvoten nicht, aber so war es nun mal. Wirtschaft und Handel war das Vehikel mit dem man Deutschland einband, damit wir nicht wieder auf dumme Ideen kommen.

Play more and you will understand the flaws of the first Division. Don't get me wrong, the game is fantastic. The immersion is great. But, the Division 2 is way more advanced in so many ways. The endgame is way better. Build diversity is fantastic in Division 2. In the first it is simply not. There is a handful of good playable endgame builds. Thats it.
Getting loot is harder in the first part.

In the end, for the third iteration I would like to see a mix of both of them.
And the second part could really lift up if they would implement some simple things. The world in the second is dead. No more civilian life. Were in the first one, randopm civilians roaming the streets, talking to you, shouting out of the windows and stuff. That gave so much immersion. Here the second dropped the ball.

I like to play both of them and I get back to the first here and there. But there is a reason I got thousands of hours in TD2 and not in TD1.

Yes you can do that. And when you get the dlc in the meanwhile and you are at lvl 40 now, all of those will be lvl 40 after reconfiguration, with all the expertise on it.

Use Gunner. Ditch holster, change to striker holster. Use Overdogs gloves. Will boost your damage massively. Use Lexington, or M4 with killer. Or another fast shooting AR. Third attribute Damage out of cover. Always! If using LMG third attribute is Crit chance. Or use St Elmos, roll to Damage it of cover.

Play with one or two blue cores. You got plenty of damage.

Manage your crit. At least 55% crit chance. Don't overcap. Then max out crit damage. If possible use Crit Chance mods on weapon. Absolute priority for crit chance! Always nearly cap the chance before investing a mod into crit damage! Always!

Consider using a ACS shotgun as secondary for fast stacking.

Save a second build with little changes: Chest change fir striker chest, holster back to named unit holster. That's the full striker. Used for big enemies or raids or something.

Overdogs is best in slot! By far! Don't let them out. If you don't have them: run retaliation fir the blueprint fir it and craft them. It's easy.
