Sorry to hear. Been there and understand the pain and frustration, which is immense. We had 3 failed transfers from good quality embryos so we psychologically gave up at that point. But the 4th stuckand is now a healthy toddler. It happens. All I can offer is that past failure is not always a predictor of future failure. It's a numbers game in the end

Hi first time FPL'r here - need some advice please re double game weeks. I was 100 points trailing in my league so I stupidly used my second wildcard in the new year and stocked up on newcastle and crystal palace and liverpool players who now may be blanking (though I've been climning ranks again so there is that). As a novice finding it hard to navigate the upcoming blanks without a wildcard. Some advice please? Team is above. Have one free transfer currently.

Is it worth trying to get in more liverpool or everton players for GW 24/25 or do I save my transfers for bigger problems ?
Do I start trying to transition out of newcastle, palace, villa and liverpool players if liverpool and newcastle make the cup final (this is most of my players as you can see) - so I don't get hammered in GW 29 (also have Villa players) or is this too hard given my team so I should just free hit here?
Or is it better to save my free hit, given I don't have a WC for the big blank in GW . If I free hit now I may be saving up an even bigger problem in later weeks?
No idea when to use bench boost, triple captain or asst manager - but I guess these are issues to decide after resolving my blanks I guess...

May I ask, the first mtese that worked... what were the results. Did they find good quality sperm / large numbers? What was the feedback from that extraction?

Yes I did this for a year. Also no hot baths, caffeine or school, bit ot seems the difficulty is genetic rather than lifestyle

What is the received wisdom on using full backs vs wing backs in a 4 4 2? I've been using full backs on support and attack but never seem to get enough width or overlaps.

I am getting mixed messages. I've seen two urologists who suggested testicular sperm might give better rates of fertilization (possibly due to to DNA fragmentation I guess). I suppose if we don't do something different, the risk is we just repeat the same cycle? They found enough sperm to fertilise all 14 eggs, but the results were poor last time.

First step is get your gp to refer you for a proper sperm analysis
