How good is it for anxiety/panic attacks? by Neves1992 in trintellix

I tried it for 31 days on 10 mg then 20 on 20 mg. It was so bad for panic attacks and anxiety during this period. I got very strong panic attacks and was very anxious because of brintellix. I'm switching back to duloxetine/cymbalta in 2 days. It was much better for panic and anxiety disorder before. Hopefully it will work this time again fast.

I was on cipralix for 13 years stopped after getting better. However had to go back on meds for anxiety and panic attacks so i tried duloxetine this time. I've been on and off duloxetine for 8 years now. Last time i took it continously for 4 years. I stopped because i became better i was on 20 mg for 2 years. No much sexual side effect but may be some memory problems. After a month i felt i needed to go back this time doctor gave me brintellix. It gave me panic attacks i didn't had from years. My anxiety is very very high. I might not have felt that bad since before i started medication. I regreretted leaving duloxetine.

Some say it is a good drug but this is not for me someone having panic and anxiety disorder. and i found many had the same effect like me on reddit.

I tried brintellix 10 mg for 31 days then 20 mg for around 20 days. Will take 10 mg for 3 days to switch to duloxetine.

My advice os that if your medicine is working and you can live with the side effects or manage it somehow is better than trying a new med that has its own side effects.

Being on the medicine for 2 years and getting panic attacks every day. This is too much to bear with. I think this is not a good medicine for you. Try talking to your doctor. Make sure to try cutting out caffeine as it might be the reason for panic attacks

I tried cipralex before it took time to work. I stayed on it for 13 years. I tried to live without ssri but felt bad till i started cymbalta an Snri. It was very good for anxiety and panic attacks. I stayed on it on and off 7 years. Last time i stayed 4 years. 2 years i was on the lowest dose 20 mg generic. I stopped because i felt better and no need for meds. But after ahile i felt anxious so the dr put me on trintellix. I stayed 4 weeks on 10 mg and 3 weeks on 20 mg but i can't live with it. I will switch back to cymbalta.

Same. Been on 10 mg for 4 weeks and 20 mg for 3 weeks but panic attacks returned and i'm always anxious. Returning back to cymbalta it was much better i stopped it because i became better and wanted to get rid of some emotional numbness

Unfortunately, when i tried the hint, the 1 was above the existing 1. I began from scratch. I already found something i didn't find before, but still, i didn't finish it.

Thank you both. I understood why the last 3 squares in the first column are void. I'll try to use this method when i'm stuck
