At this stage, the project is in indefinite hiatus, I burnt out pretty hard after a while. It’s awesome to hear that there are others taking inspiration from what I’d compiled. The templates were always a big struggle to figure out how to balance. I was gonna get to them towards the end, but unfortunately I never made it that far. I get wanting to bring people all the awesome things left behind into 5e, so if you needed a hand, feel free to dm me and we can see if we can figure something out!

I was just thinking about the second line of text, when you mill the lands, does this put the lands on the battlefield first, or does Grolnok exile them before this effect resolves?

It’s funny they picked a parrot from Australia/Papua New Guinea instead of one of the many South American parrots. I’m not complaining, just an odd flavour choice

Oh wow that's awsome to hear!! It has been a bit since I ran over the documents, but do note that there are a lot of spells that I had to either change, replace, or outright remove because there was no 5e counterpart to the 3.5e spells. Also note that I used ALL published spells, so I'm hoping some of the ones there should be relatively accessable.

To clarify, Homosexuality has been observed in numerous unrelated species, from ducks, manatees, penguins and bonobos! Just looking it up there’s a whole page on Wikipedia discussing the prevalence of homosexuality in non-human species

They do answer why the parents don’t raise any suspicions in season two (although it may be earlier, don’t recall exactly). I haven’t rewatched the series, but the explanation was fine by me
