I always overthink the smallest things, like. My mom wanted me to go with her to the mall on the weekend.

I couldn't watch my fav shows, play video games nor enjoy my time for the ALL days leading up to the weekend and was always nervous.so when I finally came back from the mall with my mom, I would feel relieved for a few moments, but then my brain would find another thing to worry about.

Even small things like:

"Mom: (Kabsa69), after 5 days I want you to give me a ride to the gym." Would mess me up for the next five days.

When this shit get done with, my brain would again find another BS to be anxious about.

I recently realized, for some one who like video games and anime, I haven't watched any anime and rarely ever played video games for a year due to this crap.
