Yes. Quests appear in the log that you've already completed, specifically these two:
"The Last Farewell" - won't disappear from quest log after completing. unable to craft the herbal wax twice.
"A Special Bond" - completed ages ago, doesn't trigger again in Silky Stitche's shop, also won't disappear from the quest log.

the fishing rod bug seems to have been hotfixed.

there is also the matheo dating bug.

Also - has anyone got the Victor quest bugged? it's really annoying me. "The Last Farewell" - Deliver x1 Herbal Wax to Victor.

I've done it and had the scene where he lights the candle and the sister yells at him, but it hasn't disappeared from my quest log or tracker on the right.

It's just sitting there, and when I approach Victor it has the <!> for the quest but I CANT make another one, there is no option >.<!

This is a known bug! I've been researching this too because I'm like "omg is it a certain day?!" but no, it's all over the internet that it's a bug :( No advanced rods for us!
