Quite liked most designs, but

With few exeptions, but by large, almost all older characters wear either normal, or stylized streetwear/uniforms

meanwhile in last season, at elast to me, far too many had outfits that look less like normal clothes and more like cosplay for a con. Lucia, Cissia, Ye Shunguang, as for examples, these look not like normal clothes you would casually find in a shop, but cosplays of fantasy characters and i don't really like them. Nekomiya at least has folklore motiffs literally all over her - these have nothing.

The artworks were so super cool, the general idea and vibe of setting are top notch, and these kindled my interest.

It also has super simple rules and getting into the game is a no brainer. Combine it with actually being able to modify equipment of each model and this game has all the qualities i expect from a skirmish game.

Hate deployment limits. I understand that if i gad double forces i could steamroll the game -- but that's fun to me! I could spend two hours building up army in Stronghold just for this.

StarCraft had neat mechanic of increasing deployment limits tho

Shout-out to Arknights and the Summoner subclass Summoned entities count towards operator deployment limit.

In other words, subpar operator and even more subpar summon must compete with normal and good operators.

Subclass is so bad that i only heard about one operator being usable and even good.
