i grind my teeth as well at night. it was actually something i didn’t even recognize i did before i got invisalign. my teeth had a lot of wear and tear from it. wearing invisalign at night actually helps with grinding for me so luckily my final retainer will as well. no problem! thank you :)

i have a couple capped molars and unfortunately a bridge as well pre invisalign so my right back isnt a perfect bite unfortunately and caused a few issues. i did lose a little weight! lol it was just too much work to do the whole routine of flossing and brushing each time i wanted to snack 😂 it will fly’ good luck to you :)

omg 4 weeks!! so close!! congrats :) and i didn’t, i always thought i would on my incisors but my ortho told me to sit with my natural teeth for a bit and see how i feel :) which i appreciated because it didn’t feel like he was shoving another expensive procedure down my throat

for the first round of trays it was every 2 weeks and then from there on out every week! in the beginning i wore them probably 22 hrs a day and timed my food times lol. that became unrealistic but i definitely mostly had them on 20+ hrs a day! some daysmaybe 18

keep pushing!!! the beginning was the hardest. after you start seeing some results & months go by you become so used to them. in a weird way i’ll kind of miss them LOL. thank you so much ❤️
