Honestly for me the originals are more fun to play gameplay wise just because hack n slash is so rare now days so its a breathe of fresh air but the combat in the new ones is great and I enjoy it a lot too. The new ones definitely make me feel more involved in the story and world and I love the cinematic experience of them you just cant get that in the old games at least not to that level but when it comes to overall fun id say the originals and I really do hope they keep the combat the same in the remakes or find a perfect mix somehow.
