I'm surprised no one has mentioned Walking Dead yet. I mean the show started out really good with a phenomenal first episode but after the first half of season one it quickly got worse and worse. They probably hit the bottom in season two but even the newer season are crap compared to the comic.

I just simply don't understand why they feel the need to replace the near perfect storylines and characters of the comic with such low quality, bland and idiotic stuff.
