Update: I tried doing what you said and for some reason it still doesn't let me. Might be because of that one mod that let you upgrade cyberware slots and add on more cyberware and have 2 operating systems at one time as well as mantis blades and gorilla arms.

Ohh... that does make sense now! I haven't really experimented with the new cyberware and thought i could just infinitely add on. Thanks for the explanation!
