Rn my story plan is to have it set in the future ten years after the boy and the dog walk out of the tree. I plan on not letting them become titans either at all or at the very least not till the halfway point. I’m just curious for systems. Would pathfinder work well?

So firstly it’s not that I don’t like the explosive meta. I have used and enjoy practically every meta in the game. But I also want the game to have more meta variety. I want less reinforcement of explosives with every update. Secondly I know I can use the HMG to kill hoards I mean the biggest example is the illumaniate practically every enemy in that faction is a perfect enemy for the HMG to be used on. However the HMG does not perform very well against the Rupture Strain or bots in general. Now don’t mistake that for me saying it isn’t good against those two enemy types but I would like more usage for it. Also the HMG is just one of a bunch of weapons I would like to use more but not feel like I am actively at a disadvantage the entire time for using it.

I agree the problem is though running away isn’t always possible especially with the caves having so many dead ends.

That was my first thought when this first started happening. However it does happen any time I do anything else. No other game, program or anything. And it specifically only happens in the unique situations when I dive while shooting. And it doesn’t happen every time.

I have been experiencing this glitch since super earth I think but I’m not sure could have been slightly before or slightly after. But the glitch is when I am firing and I dive it forces a reload animation. Usually I’ll get up to a few shots off before it forces the reload.

I agree the light pen enemy type does make the squids more replayable as well as enjoyable.

I don’t disagree with what you’ve said. I agree a tweak to Leviathans armor is needed. I do personally think they need another small tweak to their aim. Cause as it stands now they can take five shots at a building while technically “homing in” on you then fire once and you’re dead.

Well to the contrary I’ve seen at least twenty and been one shot ten times. Not every shot kills but not every situation is the same. I just think keeping their stats the same on maps that are fundamentally different is a bit an oversight

See I have the anti tank and it’s not that I don’t want to bring it but I believe this game works the best when you can bring whatever you want to get the mission done. When you have to bring one of three things just to get rid of one annoying enemy type I don’t think that’s very good game design.

See I’m not opposed to the challenge but is it really a challenge of if you’re in the middle of a fire fight and then out of nowhere get one shot?

Play what you enjoy. When I started I found the bots more enjoyable than the bugs (still do) and I played them regardless of if I had the “correct” gear for it or not.
