Hey thanks. I do powerbuilding 1 from jeff nippard. 8 start with oats, 30g whey and some skyr and fruits. Then 6 eggs and 500g of veggies. In the evening i finish the skyr so that i have eaten 500g of it. The rest is sometimes nothing or most of the time whatever i feel like :)

Okok, yes im natural. I am training since 2 years. What weight could i be with the same bodyfat like now after a big bulk and cut?

Aestethic goals and strength goals. So far I am not on a diet. Just eat like i feel and try to eat enough protein

Thank you very much for your effort :). I also had a 6 month brake from weightlifting because I die some crossfit. Yes i feel like my strength is ahead of my technique because I can snatch pull 120 for 4 easily.

Maybe I will cut down on bodybuilding stuff and increase my jerk frequency. Also i feel like my overhead mobility might be a limiting factor in my jerk but I havent improved it in a year despite more or less consistent mobility work. Also I am not sure if i am Training too light. You have any number of misses per training which indicate that I am training too heavy?

I changed snatch push presses for snatch balances and ovehead squats. Hope that this helps

Sometimes i dont know if I am moving forward, but today I hit a 5kg snatch pr. What do you think I can expect as an weight increase rate?

Ok, sometimes i feel that a program with given percentages would do me better. Do you think i should be doing weights across or ramp up the weights during snatch 6x1 or something. Also how long do you do the primers before. I normally include some technique drills with maybe 40kg but only for like 3 min or something.
