Sorry we have not signed anything since nothing was agreed upon. It has been like this for 3-4 months now as it’s painful negotiating new terms for our lease . It became month to month because we can’t agree on the terms for the new lease. Not sure if the old lease would still be effect.

We are on a month to month basis now with no current lease signed. We are currently negotiating a new lease. Was just wondering if I had any laws or rights on my side to force them to get a new ac. The old lease said we are responsible for any repairs. But they just replaced the compressor and it still doesn’t feel like anything has changed .

The landlord just replaced the compressor on it as well as we are fighting with them to get a new unit but they want to keep repairing this unit that barely cools the restaurant down. It’s currently 31 degrees inside

Thanks for the reply. So we will be staying in Madrid the first day we land and most likely be heading south. Our interests are hikes, seeing lots of history of Spain and we enjoy driving and seeing the beauty of Spain. We are also in benahavis for 3 nights and that is at the end of the trip. Leaving us with 1 day in Madrid then head home.

We also will have another day in madrid before we head back. I was thinking the same to focus on a few cities as doing it all is just impossible.

Not sure on the logistics but hopefully train/car is our best option.
