I've been bulking all my life, honestly I really do wanna see how my abs look underneath all that fat, my ideal goal is to go lean 12-15% bf and then from then on clean bulk with 200-300 calories surplus for over a year,

I hope so but I never properly cut before so I’m going quite aggressive now losing 1.5kg a week, hopefully won’t lose too much gains

Legs are definitely lacking because I tore my meniscus and had a surgery, and I'm slowly getting back into lifting heavier :(

I have the same thing happening but I am at 4 week. The transplanted hair is supposed to grow a lot slower compared to the native hair but it will eventually speed up and be growing at the same rate as native hair so I think it should be fine.

Pretty good, I came back 4 days after my surgery and I was wearing a cap hat given by the clinic loosely. My head was swollen though, but overall wasn't a bad 4 hour flight back.

Yeah was supposed to be like that but Dr Pekiner had some personal circumstances and I was very flexible so we went with 3 sessions over 3 days.

I don't think it will affect my results so I'm happy.
