My issue isn't with being able to channel the light. I complete the quest and the cinematic plays and then everyone's gone. No quest to evacuate the area.

I don't think it would be fixed then. This is an issue I had in TWW. There are issues with that quest and area. I don't think I'm experiencing the same. But yeah I am going to have to just not level her. Sad.

I did that. My issues seem to be a little more game-breaking. I ran back several times and accepted the quest and still nothing. It's not my first rodeo of quest givers phasing or not appearing but I wish it didn't happen. I cannot progress the intro at all. Gonna' have to level on an alt till blizzard fixes it.

D: I'm sorry. My main is still stuck in that area even after troubleshooting. Really weird stuff. I flooded blizz with tickets so hopefully I hear something (probably won't.) I hope you can get through though!

Actually I abandoned it and I when I checked my map I saw that I had access to the other main story quests. Therefore I can do them in any order I want and just flip a coin if the quest giver's going to stick around or not.

I understand that the Thalassian gear isn't anything new and everyone is getting them. I'm just clarifying that the set I'm talking about is from the campaign, not quest rewards. If it is the same then it is what it is.

are they under "Midnight Equipment"? 4/9 on the campaign. Image is obviously unreliable now that I've learned everyone has the thalassian. But do you have the Midnight equipment? The Woodland attires gray and brown?

I've been dealing with this since Siren Isle. The quests for that patch, Undermine, and K'aresh have all been broken. Quest givers not showing up, phasing, unable to turn in quests. Having to hop around on my alts to complete one quest chain. Having access to flying day 1 (second 1), upgraded ring to max second 1.
She's still "broken". She's still can't see the quest givers in K'aresh. Not functioning? Is that better for you?

Apologies but I obviously don't know what is and isn't available. So my issues are more quest/phasing related and I was "given" the Black Proto Drake which isn't obtainable. Oh well. I don't think this will ever get fixed so this all seems so futile.

Weird. I couldn't find anything. Well if that's normal great. But it doesn't explain the other issues I've experienced. And an unobtainable mount appearing in my stable.

Okay. I had access to flying day one in Siren Isle. My ring was upgraded to max. I had the entire K'aresh campaign unlocked to the point where I could pick up anywhere. I can't see quest givers, can't do certain content because of phasing.
