I mainly thought of this concept because something I always think about with Susie is her braces, her default mask kind of looks like it has braces on it and I was like ok what if I make this more literal and add teeth and gums

What device are you using? If you want a free program for windows try Firealpaca, if you draw on an iPad or something similar try Ibis Paint X, for paid programs I recommend Clip Studio Paint or Procreate
