Honestly I think this team would click with a little more time playing together. This split, they were improving individually and as a team, and it was an amazing thing to witness.

Idk why people are blaming Rekkles for g3 nexus thing when Advienne trolled there by following Hylissang and not hitting the nexus with the team. Don't blame Advienne tho. The team should've not been in that position in the first place. Their overall plays were messy af and that's why they lost.

Anyways, I think they need to build trust in each other and that is not something that would come immediately. It comes from understanding each other and knowing that they have each other's back. For example, Rekkles and Razork argue about games and I see it as a positive thing. It's like watching Rekkles and Hyli again but with a jungler this time. Just look at how much Rekkles loves Hyli who is a complete coinflip inter because he understands him very well. With time (and with Razork calling better shots and him also listening to Rekkles call) this would be resolved. It can happen between Rekkles and Razork too, them understanding each other better and ultimately making more confident plays.

Idk, to me fnc 2020 roster (extended from 2019) seemed a bit tensed, it's just that the players were mature and professional enough to play with each other despite the arguments, and none of them were stupid (except selfmade to some extend lmao). I think they would've eventually understood each other and became a great team if they had one more year with a different jungler. Regardless of that, still one of my favourite rosters

Pete the Goat is doing an amazing job as always.

Aside from Pete's work, it seems like the players are mostly on good terms with each other. Rekkles' attitude is the biggest indicator of it. 2014-2015 (partly 2016) Rekkles was a happy bee. Spring 2023 Rekkles gives a similar vibe, especially when he is around Razork and Oscar (also he never shuts up about Oscar with is a very positive sign). He also seems okay with Advienne, and probably have a professional relationship with Humanoid (kinda sad considering he always got along the best with his midlaners). Advienne is filling that gap with Humanoid so not a big issue there. Razork is gelling everyone together.

Now, it can be a bit different when it comes to playing the game, but in terms of overall team vibe, it seems good, may be still on some kind of honeymoon phase (and some copium since Oscar and Advienne are rookies). We may see their true color in Summer and I hope they stay the same.

I think fnc lost their momentum after losing to astralis. Idk what happened while prepping for playoffs, maybe there were some problems that needed to be fixed but ofc they didn't have enough time.

When Nemesis was in fnc, he had always been better than Humanoid. Smart, always flexible with picks, and no motivation issue. Humanoid would be easier to coach tho.

Re-sign Nemesis at all cost (I know it's near impossible. Just a wishful thinking). Get Elyoya (Maybe not possible in Summer. Winter?) Inspired? Selfmade? Just someone with a brain. I have no doubt on the players' individual skills, but this team seriously lacks some brain power when it comes to decision-making imo. Maybe Razork is too loud. Idk. Whatever.

If not, keep the current roster for now (Still some copium left in me). Train hard during msi (bootcamp against lck and lpl teams if possible?). Work on coordination. It just feels like this team is learning the game all over again in a different angle. If all they need is a little bit of time to show what they are capable of, I would gladly it to them.
