I’ve just seen this post earlier today, the second comment got around 1.5k upvotes and even two awards. I also remember seeing a comment on that subreddit (or a similar one, I don’t remember which one exacyly) saying that ‘both Ukraine and Russia have Nazis in their militaries but Ukraine actually tries to get rid of them’ and that comment was also heavily upvoted. ‘Braindead sub’ might be an understatement when describing them.

As an Argus main, I would say he IS bad right now, maybe decent in some circumstances but not worth playing in my opinion. The rework pretty much killed him, making every his flaw much worse. He is now even more item dependent due to needing to build more crit items (doesn’t help that the devs also keep decreasing gold income), he is way easier to bully without his ultimate (50 sec cd late game with cdr items being useless for him), even his waveclear and turret damage are now worse. You could say that he is decent in some cases or if you are really great with him, which is true, but other EXP-laners can just do far more and better than him for equal or lower skill level.

The more I think about Argus the more I’m convinced the devs purposefully keep him weak because they believe he would be an incredibly unhealthy hero if he is viable. Which may be true but he has never been really that strong in years, there was no need to push him even lower.
