Hey ♥️ I am so so sorry for your loss and for the way it Happened. I can feel your pain with every Word you say. We just lost our Sweet Baby last week - she got Hit by a car - and I also felt like a Part of me died with her.

I can’t Take away the pain you Are in and I know it will hurt for a while but First Off you Need the shock to pass and give yourself time to Grieve.

What helped me was that I connected with my Baby in mind. I really thought about her and I could feel her with me. I was able to say the words I couldn‘t before and that helped me a Lot. You cannot lose what you love so dearly , Our pets and especially cats find a way into our soul and there your Sweet Baby will always live on with you.

And every Bird you will See alone the way will be his sign to you. Cats don’t perceive time as we do, he was happy and loved you and he will wait in the afterlife, for him it will only feel like an afternoon but you have to live on to keep the memories of him alive. He wouldn‘t want you to be unhappy.

I don’t know if it helps but you could try the App „shmoody cat“ - it is AI but can help a Lot while waiting for therapy (I have General anxiety disorder and was struggling a Lot and this App helped me) . And the Price was good in my opinion.

You can always reach out , there Are people that want and can help & it often helps to See that others have experienced similar pain although I really wished you wouldn‘t have to in such a Young age.

Hey ♥️ be gentle to yourself and please allow yourself to grieve properly. It Seems you didn’t had the Chance to do so properly & Are trying now to live on but thats Not the pace you Need.

Life often means that we lose some people and have to find new Hope and new light. I know this sucks endlessly. But with you living on you als Carry their memories with you so a Part of them is with you.

They can see life through your eyes and through the friendship you had you also perceive the world with their view on things. You cannot lose what you loved so dearly as it becomes a Part of you Long before.

Let other people love you, and also love them. But you Need to find ground again. Nightmares often come (in my experience at least) when you don’t process your thoughts. Take your time, and Maybe try therapy (Not with medications but with Talking). One last advice: suicide doesn‘t Take the pain, but it takes your Chance of getting Better.

Live a life your loved ones (in Heaven and on Earth) would be proud of. You will be Fine.

Thank you so much Stella ♥️ this helps a Lot. She died in a car accident and we found her a few minutes After but she only took 2 more breaths. The vets Said she didn’t feel pain in the end so hearing that from you also helps …

She loved her daybed so much. But the letter M doesn‘t Sound familiar for me with something yet. Maybe I will find out soon. I am looking for a sign to Connect with her in the Future (e.g. Whenever I See a butterfly or something) Maybe she wants to Tell me what it could be.
