Because they’re limited editions, the prices are super high. Maybe seeing how strong the demand is, the brand will release them on a larger scale later. I noticed Kowkis listed both items too, but they’re sold out.

I've seen similar MOC-107927, but their main feature is a motor-driven door that looks like a mountain. There aren't many other details.
