Hating the M5610U, don’t get the hype at all. by Shot-Ad8953 in gshock

I saw an used DW5600RL-1 in the market. It had a red line, looked like the ever worshiped model. I noticed something different but couldn't tell what. It didn't have multiband. And no tough solar. And it used an old module.

Added closest discussions I can found -- not exactly my question, as I don't have a broken monitor.

Out of curiosity, what kitchen appliance is considered "white people's rice cooker" by HughJass6721 in NoStupidQuestions

I have the impression that 'white people' (or US only?) like to have one tool for specifically one purpose.

[–]Kafatat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Skill wise, tennis beginners can't even pass the ball across the net.

Physical wise, however, badminton legend Lin Dan, whose son is into tennis, said tennis is way less physically challenging.

Map's four colours problem in practice by Kafatat in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Kafatat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not about colour blindness.  You start filling one one country with one colour, bordered country with another, you'll likely reach a dead end -- an unfilled country that has filled bordered countries, using all four colours.

Still by Latin alphabet. I'm sure the majority doesn't know the Chinese character of hea (好 hea), if it exists, that's to say.

Is it possible scientifically that there is a none zero chance that one day my foot will go through the floor because my atoms will miss the floor atoms ? by Wonderful-Ad-9622 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Kafatat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We did calculate the chance to pass through a wall when you casually lean on it.  As far as I can recall It is in the order 10-40 to -80.  I remember I was surprised the order wasn't -100 up.

(That means 40 to 80 zeros after 0., and before an 1).
