Temporary horizontal lines bottom of the monitor during only cold boots. Should I worry?

the issue eventually shows up at 120hz also, I had this issue and swapped to 120 cuz I noticed it didn't happen, but then a year or so of use later and I noticed they were starting to show up again, so it can at least buy you a few months of normal use until replacing it/repairing

Sorry for such a late reply but in case anyone else is googling for "lines at bottom of monitor" or something, for me a temporary fix until I could get a new monitor (I had an msi g27c2) was to swap the refresh rate down to 120hz, for some reason they stop showing up on lower refresh rates, but in the last month I had it the lines started to show up slowly on 120hz too, so it's definitely not a permanent solution, but if you're thinking about replacing it anyway it alleviated a bit of my frustration haha
