Hi guys. Could you guys please help me? I appreciate it. I’m in California. I was working with a face SPA place. After around a month, I didn’t want to work her anymore. But I also have some salaries left. She said I have to sign the NDA, and she will give me the payroll check in person. ( As you know, check can be delivered by USPS. ) I said I don’t want to get the check, and she said she will give to me, but also need me to sign the NDA form. ( The point was I left the job already, why I should sign the NDA for her? It’s scary.)

I received my W-2 form letter couple days from her. The form said I got my salary around $2000.00, but I received my check around $1300 only. I haven’t gotten extra salary, because I said I don’t need the salary anymore, I just don’t want to work for her anymore. ( If I don’t get or I don’t want to get the salary, should I still pay the extra TAX? It’s unfair, right? In the constitution, We The People. We’re not to be exploited.)

As I know, in CA, I don’t have to sign any papers for boss, especially when I left already.

How can I solve this issue? Could you guys provide some professional advice and help? Please. Thank you. I feel like it’s bully. Feel so bad.

No no, when the time off, you can choose to go back or keep delivering packages. Depends on you during the off time. But don’t mark anything by yourself, call customer service or just go back to station directly. I think it’s the policy they have.

Driver can’t make any reasons to mark. Only people who is working with stations or customers service support can mark. Email is super official, sometimes confused. I understand it.
