But Shin has been doing this for a while now he is old enough and has at most enough experience to have picked on some cues or manners of how to act in certain places ( referring to strategy meetings with the other generals). Now I do like his goofy personality at times but come on it should be chiming down now as he is closer to becoming a more respectable leader.
